Charnwood Cider - Brown's Apple

I started making cider with my friends nearly 20 years ago, whilst working as a Park Ranger at Bradgate Park. I became passionate about it and developed the hobby into a small scale business. My first sale was to Leicester Beerfest in 2011 and I have since planted lots of apple trees, and won several awards!

I make real 'full juice' cider using traditional methods and enjoy the seasonality of it, the processes and how it helps connect with nature. I love being in orchards and the biodiversity they support, and making a great tasting product from what nature provides!
