Host your own Pop Up!
We’re opening up our space for Pop Ups on 1st & 2nd Saturdays of each month — offering local creatives, small businesses, and Makers the chance to take over a spot within MAKERS for the day, Pop Up style! Whether you’re looking to sell extra stock, test something new, share samples, or add another stop to your existing markets and fairs, this is a flexible and welcoming way to connect with new customers. You don’t need to be part of MAKERS to take part—this is open to anyone who feels like a good fit for the space.
What you’ll get
- A dedicated space within MAKERS
- Table, benches, and access to display racking (if not in exhibition use)
- A friendly, supportive environment within the Creative Exchange (CAN Ground Floor)
- Free WiFi and plenty of cuppas
- Flexible timing (between 10am–4pm, stay all day or part of it)
- Social media support—we’ll like, share and repost to promote your Pop Up across our channels

- Selling additional or seasonal stock
- Testing new products or ideas
- Meeting customers face-to-face, in a community setting
- Building your confidence in a retail setting
- Expanding your reach beyond markets and fairs
What to expect
MAKERS is a relaxed, community-led retail space with a steady flow of visitors. It’s not a high-pressure sales environment—it’s about connection, conversation, and showcasing what you do in a supportive setting.
We’ll be on hand to help you get set up and settled, and to make sure you feel comfortable in the space.
What to bring
- Your products and any pricing/signage
- A float or card payment option
- Bags or packaging if needed
- Any props, table coverings or display pieces to dress your space and reflect your brand/look and feel
We also encourage you to share your Pop Up with your own audience to help make the most of your day.
Cost & Booking
Pop Up spaces are available for £5 per day.
