Who's at CAN HQ?

Repair Bench

The Repair Bench is a workshop managed by Ken, one of our board members. It's a hub for tool repairs, DIY, and more. Learn how to repair your own devices, too.

If you're looking for somewhere else to take your old, unused tools, or looking for one to rent, check out the tool library and rent one out.
No need to bother buying an expensive drill you might only use for one project!
Keep up to date with the repair bench on the Facebook Page.

 Amanda's Treasures

Amandas Treasures was created in September 2016, to be the home of custom made curtains and upholstery for customers wishing to express themselves within their own home (alongside my in depth passion to upcycle and recycle unloved items).
The all-in-one service that I provide allows soft furnishings to be created from your own style and preference without having to arrange for multiple trades people to take over.

Maplewell Hall School (Post 16)

Four days a week, students from Maplewall Hall's post 16 that are are part of the young enterprise program use the first floor STEM hub as a learning space. As well as utilising the space for their lessons, the students also sell some of their products created through the program in MAKERS! If you would like to support the students and their creations, check them out next time you visit CAN, or view their collection online by clicking here!
