Something Special. Steadfast is a strong, full-bodied, mahogany-coloured ale with rich fruity flavours and a complex hop profile. Bringing flavours, and notes of apricot jam and soft malt toffee.
Malts: Maris Otter, Crystal
Hops: Nugget, Goldings
Unpasteurised, unfiltered bottle conditioned beer. This bottle does contain sediment. Store upright, pour carefully, serve slightly chilled.

In 2023, Bill Hall founded Hall's Brewery; we make traditional beers in casks or glass bottles.
Bill Hall, the brewer, on a typical brew-day wearing his overalls and leather apron — both vital parts of the uniform and for keeping him safety around the brewhouse.
Bill is the head brewer and the main man doing mostly everything from brewing, cleaning (mostly cleaning), recipe design, and even delivering the beer.
