Having spent my working life earning a living and later teaching carpentry and joinery, now retired, I have finally found the time to explore the artistic side of wood working, especially the unusual or quirky.

Inspired by the Japanese Kokeshi doll makers, I now craft a westernized version of the wooden dolls that I have named Vercorian dolls. I also make and turn segmented wood items.
